Ordered back in last year august for my gf’s bday and it never showed up despite emailing multiple times i got no reply or help whatsoever this place is a scam do not spend any money on their products

I placed an order for this item back in March and they still haven’t shipped the item. There hasn’t been any updates since I placed the order. I also emailed a couple of times for updates and even asked for a refund because, at this point, I’m over it. They claim that they try to get back to you within 24 hours, but it’s been months and I did not get a single reply. Also, the chat support is not helpful because they don’t have an actual person talking to you; just automated messages. Starting to think this is all a scam.
